Deposits:
A minimum deposit of one night's rate is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due at least 21 days prior to check-in.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in shall be subject to a $50 administration fee. The balance of you deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less that 30 days of check-in will result in forteiture of total deposit. Cancellations made less that 21 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the total payment.

Security Deposit:
A $250 security/damage deposit will be required. This will be returned after your stay is complete and the unit is not damaged. The security/damage deposit can be made with a credit card or by check.

Units are Non Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
